Pricing

We’re upfront about pricing because we know good data management starts with realistic budgets. Whether you’re writing a grant or planning a project, having clear numbers leads to better outcomes for everyone.

Our base rate is $175/hour, but that’s just a starting point.

We price based on the work, the relationship, and the mission. Conservation research? Long-term partnership? Tight budget but important science? Let’s talk. We’d rather find a way to help than turn you away.

Think of our services as an à la carte menu. Each service comes in three sizes:

1. We advise — you do the work, we guide you
2. We collaborate — we work alongside you
3. We deliver — we handle it for you

A few things that help us lower our rate:

• Bigger commitments: longer projects let us work more efficiently
• Your involvement: if you’re doing the hands-on work and we’re advising, that’s less of our time
• Work we believe in: we give deeper discounts to mission-driven projects
