Our Vision

We believe data management makes the world a better place and every scientist should be empowered to shine at it.

Most scientists don’t have a full-time data manager, but modern science expects you to manage data like you do. Whether you’re a do-it-yourselfer or looking to hand it all off to someone else, you need people who understand data ecosystems at different scales; and who can work quickly, within your budget.

We created The Data Patch as a place where you can pick your own solutions for the data management the world now expects. And if you’re not sure what that looks like, we’re happy to cultivate the whole thing for you: farm to table.
